Many, many members of the Enka Village community pitched in to help with the new sign. There were countless details to deal with, including fundraising, digging holes for concrete footings and plants, bringing food to our A-B Tech crew, and hauling water to the site for cement mixing and plant watering. We'd especially like to thank these folks for their help:
John Young
The Browning family
Bill and Jeanene Hawkins
The Cook family
Valerie Panton
John Wesley Cole
Tony and Emily Dezio
The Satterfield family
Daryl Hawkins
Dean Lancaster
Jo McGill
The Devore family
We also want to thank the students of Mark Bloomfield's A-B Tech masonry class, who volunteered their time, even after the school year ended, to see the construction of the brick pillars through to completion. Glenn Satterfield and Brian Cook attended the class graduation and presented the group with certificates of appreciation. These students are:
Matthew Dosio
Ben Hall
Vera Hall
James Russell
Rick Sharpe
Robert Walker
